My Mission

To create honest, human-centered spaces where transformation can occur.

I help people bring their full selves forward and build the awareness they need to do meaningful work—in ways that are grounded, inclusive, and sometimes delightfully unexpected.

My Values

Connection & Trust

What matters most to me as a coach is that you feel connected, supported, and resourced. I create a space where you can speak the hard truths and explore the implicit or unspoken. Our relationship—grounded in mutual respect and honesty—is the foundation for meaningful work.

Curiosity, Data & Honesty

I pay close attention to patterns, word choice, emotions, and body language—all the data you offer, consciously or unconsciously. I use this awareness to guide our work toward deeper insight and transformation. I’m committed to holding up a mirror, even when it’s uncomfortable, and naming what I see with care and clarity.

Inclusivity & Equity

I want you to be fully seen and welcomed as your whole, beautiful self. I create inclusive spaces and work toward equity by using coaching as a tool for positive change within the systems I serve.  I honor the unique emotions, identities, and experiences that shape who we are and how we work.

Presence & Responsibility

Choosing a coach, for yourself or your team, is an incredibly important and personal decision. I take that responsibility seriously. I do my own inner work so that I can show up as the best tool in service of your growth. I show up with authenticity, humility, and intention. I believe that who we are in the room matters just as much as what we do.

Meaningful Time

I value time well spent. That doesn’t mean we are always driving toward deliverables and actions but it does mean that every conversation is meaningful and in service of what matters most to you.

Play & Experimentation

I believe growth doesn’t always have to be serious to be significant. I value play, experimentation, and even a little quirkiness as powerful tools for learning. Sometimes the unexpected opens the door to deeper awareness, creativity, and possibility.

Pro Bono Work

I am at my core mission- and service-driven. I began my career in direct service, focused on ensuring all students have access to quality education. While nonprofit work is no longer the center of my practice, my commitment to leaving the world better than I found it remains unchanged.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with nonprofit leaders and teams on a pro bono basis—because I believe access to individual and team coaching and training should not be limited by budget.

If you're interested in applying for pro bono services for yourself or your organization, please complete this interest form. Preference is given to education-focused organizations with operating budgets under $2M. Applications are reviewed quarterly.
