CASE STUDIES
Client confidentiality is extremely important to me. The below case studies represent real client stories combined together and generalized to protect each individual. They reflect the real work that happens without the identifying details.
Case Study: Individual Coaching
This client came to coaching at a moment of personal and existential upheaval—grappling with questions about career, family, and identity. They had experienced a recent business disappointment and were wrestling with big, life-defining questions: What do I do with my work? How do I exist in the world—and what do I believe?
Our coaching focused on creating a space where they could come apart and begin again, not from urgency, but from curiosity and choice. We explored possibility—through journaling, experimenting and imagining alternate paths. Along the way, they built a new relationship with people and things around them—releasing the pressure to "catch up" and reconnecting to moments of delight, balance, and peace. By the end of our engagement, the client wasn’t chasing answers, but choosing a next chapter with grounded presence and a deeper sense of self. The new career the client found is satisfying and meaningful, but only a piece of a much larger puzzle.
Case Study: Individual Coaching
This client, a high-performing attorney navigating a major career transition, came to coaching at a moment of deep reflection. They were grappling with questions about identity, ambition, and sustainability—exploring where the drive to achieve originated, what success truly meant, and how to create a life that honored both professional goals and personal values. As they prepared for a career transition, they focused on building the boundaries, practices, and mindset shifts needed to lead and live more sustainably.
Over the course of our work, they developed strategies for managing anxiety, embracing honest communication, and balancing intensity with presence. We explored how to create meaning in the “small wins,” how to reframe internal narratives around self-worth and burnout, and how to step into leadership with greater clarity and intention. What emerged was not just a business plan—but a clearer, more grounded sense of self.
Case Study: Team Coaching
The client in this case was an executive team with the goal of investing in the team’s long-term health and cohesion. While the team was high-achieving and mission-driven, early conversations revealed underlying tensions. Team members worked hard and fast, but often in parallel rather than in true collaboration. Initial sessions focused on building psychological safety, clarifying shared purpose, and creating space for real conversations.
Over the course of a year, the team built stronger relationships, developed language to talk about what mattered most, and grew more intentional in how they operated together. By the end of the engagement, they were functioning with greater cohesion, navigating tension more skillfully, and taking shared ownership of how they worked as a leadership body. The team’s growth wasn’t just about solving immediate challenges—it was about strengthening their collective capacity to lead with clarity, connection, and adaptability.
Case Study: Individual Coaching
This client, a content director on the communications and public affairs team at a global firm, came to coaching looking to expand their influence and deepen their leadership. They were navigating the complexity of leading major projects inside of a complex system.
Throughout our work, they explored how to shift from doing to leading, balancing high-stakes deliverables with strategic engagement, and managing both time and energy more intentionally. We surfaced questions about prioritization, performance, and presence—especially as they stepped into more visible moments internally and externally. At the same time, we created space for honest reflection on the rawness of navigating home and career. As the engagement progressed, they developed greater clarity around leadership brand, strengthened their voice in high-impact settings, and began showing up with more confidence, influence, and self-trust.
Case Study: Training
The client was a global firm looking to invest in the leadership development of its mid- to senior-level professionals. What began as a cohort-based training program for managers and directors quickly grew in scope—driven by the strong outcomes and internal recognition of the program’s impact. To date, over 300 employees have participated in the program across three levels.
The training combines in-person sessions, individual coaching, and small learning group work, offering participants a layered and immersive learning experience. Content focuses on the interpersonal and strategic leadership skills essential to success in a high-performance, fast-paced environment—communication, feedback, delegation, presence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Participants consistently report stronger self-awareness and greater clarity in how they lead. Senior leaders across the firm have remarked on the extraordinary growth they’ve observed in those who’ve completed the program—calling out not just improved performance, but more confident, thoughtful, and effective leadership.
